- Lightly spread some butter on the bottom side of one waffle, then place the side with butter on the griddle. Carefully flip the other waffle upside down, and place it on top of the other waffle. Holding the top of the sandwich, add butter.
- Cook each side for 4-5 minutes until all of the cheese has melted and waffles are golden brown. Repeat this process with extra butter and another sandwich. Make sure you serve immediately while it’s still hot.
